  •  What is the benefit of buying a refurbished phone versus a new one? -Buying a refurbished phone can be a budget friendly decision for taking advantage of the latest technology.

 

  •  What goes into refurbishing a phone? -All our phones go through a 35-point functionality test and are inspected and cleaned by trained technicians to ensure quality product.

 

  •  Will my refurbished phone have all original parts? -While we can’t guarantee that all parts will be original or genuine Apple or Android parts, we guarantee that all phones go through rigorous testing to ensure that they are fully functional without any hindrance on quality.

 

  •  Will my unlocked phone work with any carrier worldwide? -Our unlocked phones will work with most carriers nationwide, however we cannot guarantee they will work with carriers worldwide. We recommend reaching out to your carrier to ensure our product will work with your plan.

 

  •  Where can I find my IMEI? -For iPhones, go to your Settings App. From there, click on General, then About, and scroll down until you see IMEI. For Androids, click on your Settings App, then About Phone, then scroll down to your IMEI. Occasionally the IMEI will be under Status, depending on the phone.

 

  •  How do I activate my phone? -This process will differ between carriers, however in general you will need to log into your carrier’s website to enter your IMEI, then follow the instructions given. If you are having issues with activation, contact your network provider.

 

  •  My battery health is not as good as it was when I first received it, what can I do about it? -First you need to make sure you are closing out of your apps completely so they are not active in the background. It’s also not recommended to use your phone while it’s charging, as it can be damaging to your phone’s battery.

 

  •  What do I do once I receive my phone? -Since we have limited warranties on different platforms, we recommend testing your phone when you get it. Although every phone goes through thorough testing, it’s possible they can get damaged during transit. To perform your own test, take photos from every camera, make phones calls to ensure you can hear and be heard, and make sure settings such as dimming/flashlight/etc all function properly. The sooner we know about an issue with the phone, the faster we will be able to troubleshoot.

  •  What is your return policy? -Our return policy differs from platform to platform, so be sure to review that before making your purchase. This includes warranty periods and restocking fees.

 

  •  I need to return my phone, how do I do that? -Each platform has its own return policy, but in general you will need to remove all accounts that you are logged into, remove any passcodes, and reset your phone to remove any personal data on it. If you received any accessories with the phone, you will need to send them back as well, even if you are just looking for a replacement phone as we may no longer have what you need in stock. When packaging the phone to send back to us, be sure to send it in a box with secure packaging to ensure it does not get damaged during transit.

 

  •  I returned my phone, when can I expect my refund? -Once we receive the phone back, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. From there, once the refund is issued it generally takes 5-7 business days to see it in your account.
