Returns Policy

Return Policy- We offer a 30 day return policy. If you are not happy with your purchase you have 30 days to request a return or replacement. We do require the phone to be returned in the same condition it was sold to you as well as any accessories that were shipped to you are also returned. We will work to make you happy. Just reach out to us through message and we will reply with how to proceed with your request.


For buyers remorse, change of mind, items returned locked, or not in the original condition, we will charge a restocking fee of up to 20% depending on the cause. For returns for invalid reasons we will also require a restocking fee. If buyer does not agree to restocking fee they can have devices shipped back to them at their cost. 


IMPORTANT. There are a couple important requirements during your return. You MUST log out of any accounts on the device. Including Passcode. We will not process the return until the device is clear of all your old accounts. ALSO we will verify that the phone is the same phone that we sent to you. We do this through our IMEI database. We will not accept a phone as a return if it is not the phone we sent you. The device must be in its original condition to receive the full refund amount. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We ship every day Monday through Friday. Our handling time for your order is 1 business day. This means your item will ship by the end of the next business day at the latest after your payment has processed.


We do not ship on Holidays or weekends.

Sorry at this time we will not ship internationally.

We provide shipping options. For orders under $200 we offer free First Class Shipping (2-5 business days). For orders over $200 we off Free Priority Shipping (2-3) days. All orders over $500 will require signature. If you have any specific shipping needs please specify at time of order. Please make sure you have your correct shipping address.
